Francis Norman
Chugachmiut

Francis Norman is the daughter of the late Walter and Luba Maganack of Port Graham, Alaska. She is married to Patrick Norman, and has two girls and one boy, and two wonderful grandchildren. She has lived in Port Graham all her life and has been the Tribal Administrator since 1976. She is currently Chair of the Chugachmiut Board of Directors serving the Chugach Region. She also serves on the Anchorage Service Unit Board, is an alternate on the Alaska Native Health Bord and Chugach Museum & Instutute of History & Art.
