Please join us for a special briefing with Raina Thiele, Senior Advisor to the Secretary for Alaska Affairs & Strategic Priorities, U.S. Department of the Interior, regarding recent actions on Alaska Native Vietnam veteran allotments this Thursday, May 20 from 1:00-2:00 PM (virtual). This briefing session is in partnership with the Alaska Federation of Natives and is in addition to the tribal and ANC consultation sessions later this month and in June.
The purpose of this meeting is to: (1) receive a special briefing from a high-level senior Interior official; and to be able to (2) ask questions and give comments in advance of the tribal and ANC consultations.
