Kristina Andrew is a Bristol Bay–based tribal engagement and infrastructure leader and the Senior Tribal Engagement & Infrastructure Development Manager at DeerStone Consulting, where she advances energy security as an Arctic Energy Ambassador, manages the SALMONet NTIA Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program for Igiugig Village Council, and coordinates broadband and digital-equity planning across 31 tribes in the Bristol Bay region while supporting Climate Pollution Reduction (PCAP) projects. Previously, as Economic Development Program Manager at the Bristol Bay Native Association (2018–2024), she scaled the program’s impact—launching workforce, youth leadership, resiliency, arts marketing, and grant-writing initiatives; stewarding the regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy; and cultivating a trusted network spanning tribal, municipal, education, and small-business partners. Her background also includes directing Sustaining Bristol Bay Fisheries and serving in the Alaska Legislature for Rep. Bryce Edgmon. Kristina holds a B.A. in Rural Development from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has completed leadership and facilitation trainings; her recognition includes Alaska Journal of Commerce’s Top 40 Under 40 (2024).
