BDO Compliance Update for Federal Grants and Contracts

On August 12, 2021, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released the 2021 OMB Compliance Supplement to assist entities, both nonprofit and for-profit, as they comply with grant, contract, and federal requirements. There are significant changes to the Supplement which include the updates made to the Uniform Guidance. Join BDO as we discuss the changes reflected in the Supplement and how it may help entities comply with the requirements of federal direct and pass-through grants and contracts. We will also discuss OMBs plans for a future Addendum to the Supplement to be released later this year.
